MICE
@MICE is software solution for the business process automation of MICE agencies which enables meetings, incentives, conferencing, exhibitions management in one place. It consists of the following modules:
- Back-office administration
- Front-side presentation layer
In short, the administrative part of the system allow entry of events/congresses catalog with their basic parameters such as event description, accomodation and transfer options with prices, event sponsors and speakers information as well as additional services.
Administrative panel allow operators to sell all events entered into the events catalog. The system minimizes human error factor because the operator does not have the ability to change prices (without the permission of the administrator/manager) and all calculations , account fees, taxes, etc. are automated. This panel allows also tracking of on-line booking.
Presentation layer of the system allows web users to view all available events/congresses (as well as other services and information about the agency) and enable their reservation. Presentation layer is adaptable to the clients requirements (visually and functionally) and can be upgraded with payment gateway module to enable automatic payment through the site.
